Super Light Side Rail Kit
We are stocking up on 27" length rails. We hope to be able to deliver by the end of week two. Stay tuned.

Use this side rail kit to build a mobile platform using our Super Light Chassis system.

Each side rail is constructed from 1"x2"x.125" wall aluminum tube.

Bolt style chain tensioners are integrated into each tube end to allow for precision chain tightening.

Each tube is designed to allow for the use of 3, 4 or 5 wheels per side.

The Super Light system is available in 37" or 27" length.

The center bearing support holes are lowered 1/8" to allow for "rocker", this reduces scrubbing and aids turning. Custom axle blocks can be utilized at each end to adjust overall rocker. Live axle bearing blocks can also be added to the tube end to allow for different chassis configurations.

Wheels, spacers, axles and transmission accessories can be purchased separately.

All bearing holes are designed for 1.125" OD flanged bearings like this or like this hex bore bearing.
